With a distinguished career spanning leadership roles at AXA/Equitable, MetLife, and other top-tier institutions, Charlie brings unmatched insight and strategic thinking to the board of Be Happy Dream Big.Now retired, Charlie continues to apply his expertise and passion for community empowerment through nonprofit involvement. His inspiration for nonprofit work was sparked during his time at AXA/Equitable, where he was actively engaged with the company’s credit union and its mission to serve others with integrity and care. Charlie’s academic and executive education—from Adelphi University to Executive Programs at Wharton School, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership—reflects his lifelong dedication to learning, leadership, and creating lasting impact.
