His inspiration for nonprofit work was sparked during his time at AXA/Equitable, where he was actively engaged with the company’s credit union and its mission to serve others with integrity and care. Charlie’s academic and executive education—from Adelphi University to Executive Programs at Wharton School, Harvard Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership—reflects his lifelong dedication to learning, leadership, and creating lasting impact.
